ABOUT THE REC SOCCER PROGRAM
SCP Kenilworth Rec Soccer is offered to local and out of town residents between the ages of 3 through 9. SCP Coaches & volunteer parent coaches teach the fundamentals of soccer while placing the main focus on having fun, learning the game and fair play.
The program is run by SCP Youth Soccer in collaboration with the Kenilworth Rec Dept.
In the Spring of 2024 we will be playing in a small sided format and by similar age groups .
Each child MUST bring a paid of shin guards, cleats, and a water bottle to each practice/game.

Ages 7 - 9 Co-Ed

Age Group 7 to 9 (Born 2015 to 2017)
Early Discount ends Feb 17th
After early registration closes $185
Practice one time per week for 7 weeks. Practice will be held on weekday evenings, typically Monday through Thursday and time will be assigned by the coach. Practice will start no earlier then 5:30pm. Practice will be held on Kenilworth fields. Games are played on Saturday mornings between 9am and 12pm. This program focuses on player development and game awareness. Games will be played in a small side formats so players can maximize touches on the ball.
Includes uniform package
Little Stars
Ages 5 - 6 , Co-Ed

Age Group 5 to 6 (Born 2018 - 2019)

The program offers an introduction to soccer, with an emphasis on balance, coordination and confidence. Repetition, high energy and celebrating achievements are key components to our intro to soccer program. The children will enjoy the friendly soccer filled games. Our Mini Stars progress into out Little Stars program.
This is a co-ed program and will be held on Saturday mornings by SCPYS. This is a 7 week program. Start times can vary between 9am and 10am.
Includes size 3 ball and SCPYS shirt.
