Recreation refund policy.

Medical refund

A full refund may be issued if a player is unable to participate for medical reasons. To qualify, a note from a physician stating that the player cannot participate in soccer activities must be submitted with the refund request. All refunds are subject to review by the SCPYS board on a case-by-case basis.

Placement failure refund

A full refund will be issued if the Club is unable to place the player on a team.

Cancellation / refund schedule

Processed through the registration portal:

• 14 days to the start of the season — no refunds will be issued.
• 30 days prior to the start of the season — refunded at 50%.
• 45 or more days before the start of the season — refunded minus a $50 fee, plus processing and admin fees from the registration portal.

Once the program starts

No refund requests will be considered at any time once the program starts, due to differences between fields, players, coaches, parents and team parents, players deciding they no longer want to play, etc. Friend/Team/Coach request is not guaranteed.
